FILTER CARTRIDGES - Pleated, anti static, bag panel filters

 Vertical cartridge collectors are designed for low airflow and high dust emission applications. The filter cartridges are attached to the tubesheet by a special locking mechanism. The venturi on top of the tube bottom can improve the pulse jet cleaning effects and reduce the system pressure.

 Horizontal cartridge dust collectors use gravity and airflow down to achieve self-cleaning and reduce pressure through the cartridge filters. They collect air pollutants from industrial processes ranging from welding to metalworking to chemical and pharmaceutical processing. They can be used in almost 

every manufacturing segment to efficiently control the level of contamination. Designed 

to work efficiently with small dust particles, they are ideal for low dust applications

The Baghouse with pleated pouches offers a clear update compared to the traditional felt bags with pulse jet needle. The bag houses with folded bags significantly increase filter area and efficiency as needle felt bags while operating at a much lower differential pressure. The filter media is folded and formed into a one-piece filter element without having to support cages. Compared to conventional needle felt bags, the pleated bags increase the filter area by 100 to 300%, allowing a much smaller dust collection size. 

Can be used to remove tiny dust particles in general ventilation systems. 

Pleated bag filters have been developed to replace conventional filter bags and cages. It consists of one piece and can be retrofitted in new facilities or. Filler bag filters offer more filter media than conventional filter bags and thus increase the filter area and thus the filter capacity. Polyester felt bags and bags provide almost twice as much filter area in existing equipment than larger media bag designs. Significant increase in filtration efficiency at significantly lower differential pressures. Pleated bag filters are shorter than standard tissue bags and allow for more luggage space and less bag wear. High temperature media and configurations are also available.
